Sintered moulded components

Compared to other production processes sinter-technology allows a maximal utilisation of material mixtures with minimal expenditure of energy.

At the beginning of the production process, a mixture of metal powder is being pressed. This pellet is being sintered at a temperature of up to 1360° C. To achieve the best precision possible, the part is being calibrated and if required heat-treated, surface coated and/or mechanically machined.
